Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Returns

You may return the Product in an order, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Wrong Item Delivered: If an item other than what you ordered is delivered.
  2. Damaged Items: Items substantially damaged or deteriorated in quality at the time of delivery. You agree to provide all requisite proofs immediately, including but not limited to images of Products with issues.

You must check the Products upon delivery and initiate an exchange or return with the requisite proofs on the Platform. Alternatively, you can contact our customer care for assistance. Please note that no exchange or returns will be accepted if the product packaging is opened or if the product is used/consumed either in part or otherwise.

You may request to exchange or return Products purchased from us, provided the Products are sealed/unopened/unused and in original condition, on the same day of delivery. Requests for exchange or returns will not be accepted from the day following the day when we delivered the Products to you. We may request you to dispose of the Products for which we have processed a refund.

Cancellations

Cancellation Before Shipment

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at flyingbeauty8745@gmail.com (Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday, 10 AM to 7 PM) or cancel the order through the mobile app.

In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within seven (7) business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Flying Beauty may cancel an order (in full or partially) for reasons including shortage or unavailability of certain Products or force majeure events. In case we cancel any order, you will not be charged for such cancellations, and we will refund you for any payment already made.

Cancellation After Shipment

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within seven (7) business days of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount based on the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within seven (7) business days of us receiving the products back and your bank details via email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Refunds

When you opt to cancel or return the Products, upon our verification of the Products and the related documents, the refund amount for eligible Products will be processed within seven (7) business days from the date of us verifying and confirming the refund request. Your refund will be processed only when the conditions stipulated by us are fulfilled. The refund amount will be credited to the source account as chosen by you. You acknowledge that after initiation of the refund, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, subject to your financial institution or payment gateway service provider terms and conditions. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge are non-refundable.

Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 72 hours to have the product picked from your place and another seven (7) business days to initiate the refund, subject to product inspection. If you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time will depend on your chosen courier. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection, which takes about seven (7) business days. The receipt of the payment will depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
